What is the service that you provide?
Using your specific mortgage information, we’ll create a custom spreadsheet for you. We’ll show you how you can reach your payoff goals by paying an additional principal amount each month. We’ll speak with you and answer questions and provide additional tips and tricks to help you reach your goals. Down the line, if you need additional information or help, we are a phone call or email away.
Can’t I do this myself for free?
Absolutely! There are a ton of resources out there to guide you and help you build an amortization table that you can use to help you reach your goals. However, not everyone is comfortable with building spreadsheets, interpreting the information, and making sure what they created is correct. That’s where we come in. For those who would prefer to have someone create the spreadsheet, explain it, and offer helpful guidance, that's our specialty. We speak with you live, either over the phone or via Zoom, whichever you prefer.
What does this service cost?
We charge a one-time fee of $250. That includes follow-up questions/consultations for up to one year.
Are you a lender?
No! We do not lend and are not affiliated with any lender or have any relationships with any lenders. We provide a very specific service, and that’s it. We have nothing else to sell or promote.
Do I need to provide personal information?
Absolutely not! Granted, we’ll need to know your loan details, but not your account number or any identifying information. We’ll need to know your name and how to get in touch with you, but that’s really it.
